Modest 1954 ranch house in a prime mixed-density residential neighborhood looks to add flow and quality over just square footage. Client desires both fun entertainment digs for friends and comfortable retreat for parents. Photographed study of views are conducted. Crown jewel skylight on roof brings sun to the core, angled walls and punctures capture or shun views, and back decks are like secret spots on a cruise ship.
