Nestled in one of the country’s epicenters of craft beer, First Draft is a new restaurant concept that allows visitors to sample flavors from all over the country, while pouring their own. Engaging people in the process of the pour, patrons of First Draft essentially get to create their own tasting room experience. Pretty sweet.
Tres Birds completed the build out, installing a full commercial kitchen, auto beer and refrigeration system as well as the interior tables and surfaces. 2601 Larimer was finished in the fall of 2014, creating space for new businesses to populate and grow the RiNo neighborhood, including Sushi-Rama, Haven and Kit and Ace.
